A live trio from Naples bringing southern Italian traditional music into contemporary arrangements: voice, guitars, violin and frame percussion.
The live sound
Rooted in tammurriata, tarantella and the traditions of southern Italy, Vesevo move between original compositions and reworked traditional material. The music opens up through improvisation and the musicians’ dialogue with the audience.
The trio has performed at WOMAD UK and was mentioned in The Arts Desk’s 2017 festival review.
